Location: the hotel was near centre of town and restaurants and shops, restaurants and beautiful views from the roof terrace. It was 1 km from Sparky's Grill, offering quick-service food. The breakfast was above average and varied with yogurts, brioche plus cakes, you will not be disappointed👌

the hotel was well-maintained, immaculately clean offered varied breakfasts and had a perfect location to an old theater. i was given a well decorated room with a convenient decor.

This hotel features a clean and spacious room with a comfy bed, making for a pleasant stay.

The staff were extreamly polite and helpful. They showed us every place on map that we wanted to visit. The breakfast was very good too.

the town may be worth a 1/2 day trip but there is no reason to spend more time. Rated as 4 star I would rate 3 star.

This hotel is located in a secure area right in the town center at Vecchia Aci, which is a fantastic family-run pizzeria situated behind the Duomo. the services provided were excellent, and we appreciated the well-organized and spacious family room that featured a comfortable bed. the interior of the hotel is convenient and adds to the overall positive experience.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and quickly checked into our spacious and clean room. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the reception staff went above and beyond to assist us with any questions and recommendations. the service was truly top-notch, even following up with a phone call to ensure we caught our return train. Giuseppe's knowledge and welcoming nature made us feel right at home. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

As a business traveler attending a town hall meeting, I found this hotel to be perfect for my needs. The 24-hour reception, restaurants, bar, elevator, wireless Internet in public areas. The ultra-modern multimedia technology and wireless Internet access in the meeting rooms were impressive.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center.

It truly is a 4 stars hotel. It is clean, well furbished, the air conditioning do not make noise at all. The staff is nice and accommodating. We missed the breakfast time but they offered breakfast as well when we checked out.
